The F-15E is arguably the USAF's most combat-capable air superiority fighter, reaching a maximum speed of Mach 2.5 at high altitude. The two-seater is used for air-to-ground missions as well as an interceptor for night and all-weather missions. With a maximum weapons payload of 11t, it is capable of carrying a wide range of different weapons systems, including JDAM and Paveway series laser-guided bombs.
