Heat Set Caution: Heat setting must be done by an adult! Iron Method: Set Iron to a cotton setting. Iron the reverse side of your design using a back-and-forth motion for 4 minutes. Clothes Dryer Method: Place your garment in the dryer for 30 minutes on the hottest setting. Do not place in dryer with other items.
