Based on a typical tilt-up concrete structure, buildings like this can be found in modern industrial parks across the continent. Use it as a destination for boxcars and trucks as well as in a light manufacturing setting. This kit includes multiple truck doors, railcar door for cars to be unloaded inside and a wall section with windows to simulate a small office.
