US MARINE M60A1 W/REACTIVE ARMOUR 1/35

Tamiya - Produced in 1963, the M60A1 received many improvements over its production cycle, including the addition of a M68 105mm main gun mounted to a monobloc-cast turret. Those operated by the Marine Corps opted not to upgrade the M60A1 to the A3 version, but did upgrade a technologically advanced reactive armor array for increased survivability from shells and charge missiles, effectively renaming the A1 to the A1 +. The A1 + features an Externally-mounted Reactive Armor, which is bolted to the tank with extra spacing to provide better protection. Other features include a passive searchlight, new air cleaner, and an improved stabilized gun. The M60A1 + is an amazing frontline tank as demonstrated during the conflict in the Persian Gulf. When fully assembled, this 1/35 scale model measures 200mm long.
